Lets Hear It For Spring!
I apologize for not updating this sooner! Time seems to pass so quickly when you have a little one (who is turning into a BIG one)
Rylan turned 9 months on March 28. He is 19lbs. and 28 inches long. Since I last posted he has learned how to feed himself, roll everywhere(even off the changing table--good thing mommy caught him), is an avid Elmo lover, nad has already started to use his feet to manipulate balls in the air (can you say future soccer player?). He had his first Valentines Day (and made a Valentine for his girlfriend Melody), his first St. Patricks Day (he shared with his good Lad Christian), and his first time on the Park swings (with his play group). It is AMAZING to see him grow up so fast, and I can not believe I have already made an appointment for his 1 year check up! (didn't I just give birth)
GOOD NEWS is Rylan has a new friend on the way...one of my best friends Kim (aka Bermuda Kim) is having baby #2, and we couldn't be more excited for her! We also welcomed this week to the world a new family memeber. My cousin Greg and his wife Kate had a baby boy named Henry. He and Rylan are almost 9 months apart to the day. Can you say TROUBLE when they are both walking. We can not wait to meet baby snow!
Pete and I are doing GREAT! We had a weekend away to NYC last week for my old roomie's (Katie) 30th birthday! Pete and I enjoyed a baby-free weekend and saw a stunt scene for an upcoming Mastt Damon movie being filmed near our hotel! We are off to Vegas in 2 more weeks!(Rylan is going to Camp Auntie Kelly!)Pete is still enjoying his soccer and I have finally joined a gym to TRY and lose that baby weight!
