1st Day

How on earth did my baby boy end up being this big?:
He is currently going through a growth spurt, and his feet are the size of the Jolly Green Giants, and I am just over here wondering how on earth this has happened. My little boy that used to be so sick as a baby, and known where ever we went, as the "baby that spit up more then ever thought humanly possible". My little puker, has now turned into a big growing four year old boy. A 4 year old boy that not only overcame being so sick when so little, but also has slayed many of the worries I once had when he wasn't reaching milestones. He has come an incredibly long way.

School is here (of course it is, Pumpkin Lattes were consumed yesterday!), and I could not be happier. Not because I am sending him off four days a week (because really the "break" is no longer a "break" with a demanding 14 month old around), but because we need regain some sense of normalcy up in this joint. We need a schedule, and times we can depend on. And space isn't such a bad thing either!

He needs less tv, and more of this:
He needs time with his friends:
And some routine in the classroom away from his Mom and baby sister:

We are all happy to welcome a new school year for so many reasons! Mainly because, it is awesome to see your child grow and change, and learn to love the art of learning!
